A non-refundable deposit of 60% is required at the time of booking for all services scheduled on or around any college or university campus. Appointments are not confirmed without payment. Deposit will be credited towards final deposit.

Pricing is subject to change if important information is withheld during booking, including unit condition, stairs/elevator access, distance between locations, or the presence of excessive trash, damage, or hazardous materials.

Clients agree that service arrival times are estimates and may vary due to logistical delays, access restrictions, or jobsite conditions. We are not liable for delays caused by building security, access codes, or university housing procedures.

By booking, you agree to waive liability for property left behind, improperly packed by client, or not disclosed for moving, disposal, or storage coordination.

If our team is denied access to the property at the scheduled time or the job is canceled within 48 hours of service, the deposit is forfeited and a rescheduling fee may apply
